Melanie Hartmann joined the Tenant Advisors, Inc. team in 2011. In her position at Tenant Advisors, Inc., Melanie specializes in tenant representation for both office and industrial users, where she provides strategic real estate solutions to ensure that her clients’ business, financial and operational objectives are met. She is a graduate of Roosevelt University with a degree in Biology. In her spare time, Melanie works as a recreation leader for individuals with special needs. She also enjoys tennis, playing guitar, hiking and especially watching her children perform in athletics and the arts. Melanie currently resides in Huntley, Illinois.
